Hammer & Tongs present a feature based on the popular puppetoon series 'Panique au Village' created by the makers of the Cravendale adverts Stéphane Aubier and Vincent Patar.
A Town Called Panic follows the story of Cowboy, Indian and Horse who all live together in fast-paced chaos. During one of their adventures they discover a strange and fascinating underwater world. While there, a conflict with the habitants is solved with the physical and geographical distribution of the two worlds.
